Kathy Milner is an environmental and polymer chemist by education. So how did she get started making sugar free dessert mixes? Actually I never found out the why of that question, but she has become a national provider of specialty desserts for hospitals, nursing homes and institutions. She creatively develops dessert recipes that mimic their high fat, high sugar counterparts in delicious taste and texture but that are suitable for diabetics and other dietary restricted individuals. Named as one of the "Top 100 Fastest Growing Businesses" by inc. magazine 2007-2008, Kathy recently upgraded the original site I did for her to a Plone site which will help her grow her website as fast as her business!
