This gorgeous site is the result of the creativity of Cathy Davis and her professional photographer husband Terry Davis. High Country Consulting is a landscape design firm specializing in steep slope, micro-climate environments that are found in western North Carolina. The photograph that opens their portfolio section is a lush green scene with stone walkway, stream and waterfall. It is amazing to think that Cathy created that scene from a rocky rolling hillside. Working with men and machines, this petite designer has a way with big rocks that make them look like they were creatively placed by mother nature herself eons ago.
